Main Street, DFA Split
Main Street Ingredients, LaCrosse, WI, is changing its 2002 business structure to accommodate continued growth opportunities in functional food ingredients including stabilizers and nutritional products. As a result, the company has transitioned out of its joint venture relationship with Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), Kansas City, MO. DFA will divest itself of its 50% business interest in the joint venture.
